- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Stay away. Completely dropped the ball on my workers comp case. Terrible communication, and not organized. Waited over two weeks to get an MRI read. After calling was told, "your doctor quit and that's why no one has called you." Then when a referral was made, I gave them the exact clinic I wanted to go to, that I previously checked does worker's comp and my exact procedure needed.. It was completely ignored and I was referred to a place an hour away because it's a clinic CareNow has "a relationship" with. It is taking weeks to get corporate who apparently does referrals to get it switched to clinic I originally listed, adding weeks of additional wait time to get a surgery scheduled. This place is a complete stay away. Would give zero stars if that were an option.August 16, 2017by Robert Case
