- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called for a new patient appt. Possible ear infection/swimmers ear. Was told of their "new patient process " which requires that they gather all my patient information run it through my insurance to get "approved". Once approved, approx 24 hours later, I would be scheduled to see the nurse not the doctor to run "tests". Then I would be scheduled with the doctor. When I confirmed I would be charged for each doctor visit I politely said no thank you. You are clearly concerned with money not patient care.December 09, 2016by Gina Bullock
